Refund Policy

We are committed to providing transformational coaching, educational resources, digital products, and wellness programs that support personal growth and self-development.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of many of our products and the time reserved for coaching services, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, program details, and service information before making a purchase.

2. Digital Products

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Digital downloads

  • Workbooks

  • PDFs

  • Templates

  • Meditation recordings

  • Audio programs

  • Video trainings

  • Online courses

  • Educational materials

Because these products are delivered immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access has been granted.

3. Coaching Services

For private coaching sessions:

  • Payments secure your scheduled appointment.

  • Refunds are generally not available after payment.

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in extraordinary circumstances.

4. Group Programs and Memberships

Enrollment fees for:

  • Group coaching

  • Workshops

  • Masterclasses

  • Memberships

  • Live programs

  • Online communities

are generally non-refundable after the program begins or access has been provided.

If a recurring membership is offered, cancellation will stop future billing but will not generate refunds for previous payments already processed.

5. Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered:

  • You agree to complete all scheduled payments.

  • Failure to complete payments does not cancel your financial obligation.

  • Access to materials or services may be suspended if payments become overdue.

6. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you believe you were charged multiple times in error, please contact us promptly.

Verified duplicate or accidental transactions will be refunded after review.

7. Company Cancellation

If The Centered Self Blueprint LLC cancels a program, workshop, or coaching service before it begins, participants may receive either:

  • a full refund, or

  • the option to transfer the payment to another available service or program.

8. Technical Issues

If you experience problems accessing a digital product or course, please contact us so we can assist you.

Technical issues alone do not automatically qualify for a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve access problems.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Suspension of access to services,

  • Termination of your account,

  • Denial of future purchases where permitted by law.

We encourage customers to contact us first so we can work toward a fair resolution.

10. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this Refund Policy at our sole discretion where required by applicable law or when extraordinary circumstances exist.
